Shree RamRachit Foundation Trust – Rajkot

For the past three years, we have been proudly operating a 365-day nonstop Free Food Service dedicated to elderly individuals who are financially and physically incapable of managing their daily meals. Many of these beneficiaries have no earning source, no family support, and in several cases, no children to care for them. To ensure that no elderly person sleeps hungry, we provide fresh and nutritious meals twice a day, every day of the year, completely free of charge. Our mission is to serve those who have spent their lives serving society and now deserve dignity, care, and support in their later years.
In addition to our food service, we have recently launched a Free Community Kitchen, which has successfully completed one month of continuous service. This facility is specially designed for elderly individuals who are physically capable of visiting the kitchen but are still unable to afford their daily food requirements. Together, our Free Tiffin Service and Free Community Kitchen are benefiting more than 250 elderly citizens every single day, providing both lunch and dinner completely free of cost. Through these initiatives, we strive to eliminate hunger and bring comfort, respect, and security to the lives of senior citizens in need.
To maintain transparency and ensure that assistance reaches genuinely deserving individuals, every elderly beneficiary is properly verified before being enrolled in our services. The beneficiaries visiting the kitchen for meals are registered through a biometric attendance system, allowing us to maintain accurate daily records and monitor service utilization. Similarly, fixed delivery locations have been designated for elderly individuals receiving tiffins at their residences. Our Free Community Kitchen is located at Near Santosh Dairy, Under Shraddha Hospital, Indira Circle, Rajkot – 360005, where we continue our commitment to serving humanity with compassion, dedication, and consistency throughout all 365 days of the year.

Since October 2025, we have been operating a dedicated Animal Hospital and Rehabilitation Center for cows suffering from accidents, severe injuries, infections, horn cancer, acid attacks, plastic ingestion, and various other life-threatening conditions. Our facility is spread across 2 acres of land and is equipped with a fully functional Operation Theater, Laboratory, and specialized treatment areas. We currently care for more than 170 animals, including both those undergoing treatment and those that have successfully recovered. Our mission is to provide every injured and abandoned animal with timely medical care, compassion, and a safe environment for recovery.
To ensure immediate emergency response, we operate two fully equipped ambulances 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our hospital consists of two separate sheds: a treatment shed for animals receiving intensive medical care and a larger rehabilitation shed for animals that have fully recovered and require continued protection and support. A dedicated team of veterinary doctor, working staff, and caregivers works around the clock to provide medical attention, monitoring, and rehabilitation services. Over the years, we have successfully handled numerous critical cases, including horn cancer surgeries, severe acid attack injuries, plastic removal treatments, infections, fractures, and other complex medical conditions.
Along with advanced medical treatment, we ensure proper nutrition and daily care for every animal under our protection. Animals receive fresh green fodder twice daily, dry fodder every day, as well as jaggery water and cottonseed cake to strengthen immunity and support faster recovery. Our commitment extends beyond treatment to providing a dignified and healthy life for every rescued animal. Looking toward the future, we are planning to construct two additional sheds with a combined capacity of more than 800 animals, enabling us to expand our services and rescue, treat, and rehabilitate many more animals in need.
