At RamRachit Foundation Trust, we deeply value your contributions, as they enable us to carry out our charitable work, including providing food for the elderly and maintaining our cow shelter. Due to the nature of our work, cancellation of donations is generally limited. Please read our policy carefully to understand our approach to cancellations.
1. Donation Cancellations
Donations made to RamRachit Foundation Trust are typically considered final and non-cancelable. Funds are often allocated to projects immediately upon receipt to ensure that our programs remain active and effective.
2. Cancellation Exceptions
We understand that, in rare circumstances, a donation may need to be canceled. We may consider cancellations under the following situations:
- The donation was made accidentally (for example, duplicate donations).
- The donation was made in an incorrect amount.
- A technical issue occurred during the donation process.
If you believe your donation meets these criteria, please contact us within 24 hours of making the donation. After this period, we may not be able to cancel the donation due to the allocation of resources to our ongoing projects.
3. How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation, please provide the following information:
- Full name
- Date and amount of donation
- Transaction ID or receipt number
- Reason for cancellation request
Please send this information to our contact details below, and our team will review your request and respond as quickly as possible. If approved, cancellations will be processed within 5-7 business days.
